How does the free month work?
With ITS Core, your first month is free when we handle the installation.
What if I only need a one-time repair or install?
That works too. We do network installs, cabling, firewall setup and repairs at an hourly rate, with or without a monthly plan.
What happens if I use more than 4 hours of remote support in a week?
Extra remote support on ITS Core is $50 per hour. If you regularly need more, ITS Complete has unlimited remote support.
Do you cover home offices?
Yes. We support small businesses and home offices.
Which computers do you support?
Windows computers. Ask us if you have something different.
